Regular Gatherings

Church Potlucks (January, May, September)

We have three Church Potluck Dinners per year with the purposes of fellowship, vision sharing, updating the family on different ministries of the church, and conducting church business. These meetings are aligned with the rhythms of our church programs.

January is our Annual General Meeting where we, as a church membership approve our operating budget, elect Elders, and discuss other church matters.

Our second church potluck meeting is in May. As Summer approaches and our programs are winding down, we take the opportunity to reflect, assess, inform, and discuss matters that provide our family insight and understanding of all of the ministries and programs of CTR.

Our third church potluck meeting is in early September. As Fall approaches and our programs are about to launch for a new year, we take the time to plan, inform, and discuss matters that provide our family insight and understanding around church ministries and programs. These discussions are intended to create an atmosphere of engagement and enthusiasm for the upcoming year.

Kick-off Sunday and Ministry Fair (September)

Kick-off Sunday, including our Ministry Fair, is designed to provide information about all of our ministries and to facilitate connection for those in the body to relevant ministries. The Ministry Fair follows our Worship Service and a light lunch is provided.

Ministry Leadership Breakfasts (January, May, September)

Ministry Leadership Breakfasts are designed to show appreciation, cast vision, brainstorm, and plan. We deeply appreciate the dedication and devotion to serving God that is exemplified by those who volunteer their time, talents, treasure, and touch in ministry leadership and service to the family of CTR.
